
Payments
I take payments for lessons for each month by the 5th. I offer discounts for customers who purchase more than 1 lesson per week. See our home page for details!
I do not refund or reschedule for tardiness or missed appointments. I will make my best effort to reschedule your appointment if you notify me 24 hours in advance of an appointment change, but it will depend on availability. Please notify me a week in advance if you need to change the time of your appointment.

Punctuality
Please make every effort in your power to show up on time and ready to learn for our appointments and I will do the same!
I understand that life happens, please shoot me a message ASAP to let me know about missed lessons or lateness in advance, if I am able to accommodate I will.
This applies to late pick-ups as well. I often have lessons scheduled back to back, it is important to respect each student´s time by limiting distractions. Please help me do this by being ready to pick your child up directly after your allotted lesson time.
